OS Reiki

Reiki (pronounced Ray-key) is a Japanese word meaning Universal Life Energy, an energy which is all around us.

As neuroscience advance, there is now mounting scientific evidence that the world around us is infact, holographic, and we are surrounded by an intricate web of energy. We all have the ability to use this field to heal the many cores of an illness. Illnesses occur for many reasons, and reiki can effectively assist in healing the physical body, using our holographic energetic field.

Our chakras are not just balls of spinning colour, they are frequencies that omit energy. Colour effects our mood, all these factors contribute to how we feel. Reiki balances our aura for a better, more balanced state of mind.

I use reiki to carry out healing work on the body, I work on each of the seven levels of the chakras. I can heal at any levels of being: physical, mental, emotional or spiritual. A full treatment usually takes between 1 and 1.5 hours, with each position held for several minutes.

What Reiki can do for you

Reiki uses ancient healing energy techniques to help build more personal energy, more vitality; more resilience, and better health, people have come to me for reiki to help with many issues, including:

  • Stress - The American Institute of Stress estimates that 75%-95% of all visits to doctors are the results of reaction to stress. The effects of unreleased stress range from minor aches to major health concerns, such as heart disease, digestive disorders, respiratory and skin problems.
  • Relaxation
  • Pregnancy - for mother and baby
  • Accelerate healing
  • Assist the body in cleansing toxins
  • Balance the flow of subtle energy by releasing blockages
  • Help the client contact the 'healer within.'

Today with Reiki I will...

1. Just for today, I will let go of anger.
2. Just for today, I will let go of worry.
3. Today, I will count my many blessings.
4. Today, I will do my work honestly.

Dr. Valerie Hunt, a professor and researcher at UCLA has studied the aura for more than 30 years

In her book, Infinite Mind: The Science of Human Vibrations, Dr. Hunt concludes that: "As a result of my work, I can no longer consider the body as organic systems or tissues. The healthy body is a flowing, interactive electrodynamics energy field." Her amazing work on colours and their frequencies show definite colours of the aura that exists in each human energy field. Just imagine how many times you have heard someone say that "they are green with envy", or "red hot with anger", "white as a sheet", beet red" or maybe even "feeling so blue"?
