Lubna W. Yaqub is a fully qualified Cognitive Hypnotherapist and NLP Practitioner trained by Trevor Silvester at the internationally acclaimed Quest Institute.
Lubna also holds the Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (HPD) which is the first nationally accredited hypnotherapy qualification, awarded by the National Council for Hypnotherapy. Lubna graduate in psychology and her research literature titled: A clinical review of how the role of trance, rapport and trance phenomena in cognitive hypnotherapy can assist in the treatment of Anorexia Nervosa was published in the NCH journal, summer 2009. Previous experience included working with teenagers with behavioural and emotional difficulties and volunteering my services to Mind.org in Wiltshire.

One to one meditation -

I accept payment by credit cards, cash, or cheque (with guarantee card) at the conclusion of each session.
If I can't Help, you don't pay. If at the end of our first session you feel it is not within your best interest to continue therapy with me you do not have to pay.
Through visualisation blood flow can increase to a body part and thereby increase the availability of oxygen and nutrients to carry away toxins and nourish the cells. Breathing is an essential part in visualising this! Positive thoughts and feelings are a biological mandate for a happy healthy life which are possible for everyone to achieve despite even traumatic childhood experiences!
